Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Ahwatukee, AZ

Setting: Primarily center-based w/ occasional in-home services

Population Served: Infants through young adults, with most clients between ages 2–12

What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services in a primarily center-based setting.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and make data-driven adjustments based on client progress.
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs assigned to your caseload.
• Collaborate with caregivers, clinical leadership, and other members of the treatment team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide in-home services when needed, depending on the location and client needs.

Caseload & Support Transparency:

Caseload size: Varies based on client need

Billable hour expectations: 27.5 hours per week

Support Structure:

• On-site Clinical Director
• Regional and organizational clinical leadership
• Support with clinical training and professional development
• Opportunities to advance into specialized Clinical Manager roles
• Candidates without an active Arizona LBA may still be considered, although an active LBA is strongly preferred

Compensation & Perks:

Base salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience

Bonus structure:

• Up to $30,000 in annual performance incentives
• Monthly incentive eligibility begins when the 27.5-hour billable expectation is met or exceeded
• Sign-on and retention bonuses totaling up to $10,000

Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000, based on relocation distance and individual circumstances

401k: Company match of 25% on employee contributions up to 6% of salary

PTO: 3 weeks

Paid Holidays: Eight paid holidays in addition to PTO

CEU support: $1,000 annual CEU stipend

Supervision/mentorship provided: Support from an on-site Clinical Director and broader clinical leadership team

Schedule flexibility / remote options:

• Monday–Friday within an approximate 9:00 AM–7:00 PM operating window. ( Exact schedules vary by clinic and are discussed during the interview process.)
• Plus, one weekend per month
• 2 Work from home days per
