Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: - Provide case management support for clients, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining communication throughout the legal process.
- Translate and interpret conversations and documents between English and [specify language, e.g., Spanish].
- Assist attorneys by preparing case files, gathering necessary documentation, and following up with clients on case progress.
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments, court appearances, and meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
- Address client inquiries and provide updates on case status with empathy and professionalism.
