Job Description

Bring Spanish voice performances to AI training projects that help advance intelligent voice technology. In this remote contract role, you will record polished, natural sounding audio for high impact AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Record high quality Spanish, Mexico voice content for AI training applications.
• Interpret scripts with clarity, emotion, and a natural conversational delivery.
• Adapt performances to express varied emotions and character nuances required by each script.
• Produce at least 20 hours of polished, production ready audio each week using professional recording equipment.
• Follow detailed project guidelines and consistently meet deadlines.
• Work remotely with project managers and technical teams to align script delivery with audio quality standards.
• Complete a technical interview using your actual recording setup, including a live script reading and demonstration of emotional expression.

• Native level fluency in Spanish, Mexico, with excellent pronunciation and diction.
• Proven voice acting experience supported by a strong portfolio or demo reel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and close attention to detail.
• Ability to operate home studio recording equipment and audio editing software.
• Access to a quiet, acoustically treated recording space.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Experience with equipment such as an EMU 404 USB Audio Interface, AKG P220 microphone with AKG K271 Mk2 headphones, or Rode NT1 microphone.
• Experience with AI voice data projects or linguistics related assignments.
• Ability to adapt vocal style across different genres and emotional ranges.

• Remote contract engagement.
• Commitment of at least 20 hours of recording work per week.
• The interview and project recordings must use your best available audio setup. Full recording equipment is strongly preferred for the interview because you will perform an emotional reading with your gear.

$20 to $65 per hour.
